HOW IT WORKS, In 4 Easy Steps

Select GET STARTED NOW and complete the required fields. We need to know your Arrival Date (when you plan to arrive at the hotel or destination) and Return Date (when you plan to return home or to the office). Also, please select the size and number of bags you will be shipping. Your LUGGAGE PICKUP DATE reflects our 3 Day Express Service. However you may choose 2 Day Service or 1 Day Service by selecting the earlier date.
*Service is Monday-Friday, if you would like Saturday Service, or Same Day Service, please call our Luggage Specialist at 866-455-5032.

Within 48 hours of your LUGGAGE PICKUP DATE you will then receive an email with your luggage documents for your arrival and return. You will PRINT your luggage shipping labels enclosed in the email. The email will provide instructions regarding the luggage shipping labels and your Scheduled Luggage Pickup.

The courier arrives on the Scheduled Luggage Pickup date to retrieve your luggage and ship to your arrival destination based on the address information you provided in Step #1. You will receive an email from our Luggage Specialists to advise your bags have been picked up.

You will receive an email from our Luggage Specialists to advise your luggage has arrived at the destination.
Please take the RETURN Shipping Labels with you to place on your return bags. Please leave your bags and shipping labels with the Hotel Concierge. Our Luggage Specialists will schedule the pickup on your return date. You will receive an email from our Luggage Specialists to advise when your bags have been picked up (Hotel) and an email to advise your luggage has been delivered to your return destination (Home or Office).
